My induction cooker broke down, I called almost at the end of the working day. The dispatcher answered and said that the tech would arrive in a couple of hours at my address with on-site diagnostics. On the spot, within 10 minutes, he "diagnosed the patient", took the faulty part with him, said he would call tomorrow with complete and final information. The next day he called as promised. The final cost of the repair suited me in full, so we agreed on a time, and it hasn't even been full 24 hours from the moment I called to the moment I've already had a fully functional stove! Awesome!

I disconnected the heat deflector in the back of my dryer to clean out the lint. But I didn't know it would disconnect the whole dryer drum! I attempted to fix on my own at first but I couldn't lift and get it back into place. Alpha Techs were able to fix my dryer quickly and efficiently. They were courteous when they arrived and they only charge for the initial service fee, since it was a quick job! They did a great job!
