Alpha & Omega HVAC Appliance Repair

I put in a request for a heater repair at 8pm and got a call back from Tommy 10 minutes later to schedule a visit. He was able to come out the next day and was quick to diagnose and repair the issue (gas valve replacement). Throughout the process, Tommy was clear and thorough with his communication and happy to answer all my questions. I would recommend Alpha and Omega and plan to contact them again for any future HVAC needs. They also repair other major appliances so I know who to call if my fridge or washer breakdown.

The office was friendly and efficient on the phone, they sent out a competent repair professional who pinpointed the problems quickly. I had two which happened in quick succession on my 7-year-old out-of-warranty LG refrigerator. My door water dispenser was leaking and shortly afterward, my compressor failed. A new door needed to be ordered and also a compressor (which was under warranty [yay]). The compressor was replaced the next day. I am very happy with Alpha & Omega, they are aptly named.
