We did a complete bathroom remodel using AP. We couldn't be happier with the process or the result. Some of the things we loved about AP: 1) The project was finished on time and on budget. 2) Every morning the project manager came to check on progress and update us on what would happen that day. 3). Every Friday we'd get an email giving us a day by day description of what would be done the next week. 4). The quality of the different trades people used on the project was outstanding: plumbers, electricians, tile work, etc. all did great work. 5). Since we were at home mostly during the project, they closed the bathroom door each day to minimize noise and dust. It got hot in there I'm sure but our comfort was their utmost priority. 6). The owner of the company (Aviv) often came by and was always a phone call away. 7) The guys cleaned up assiduously each day and that's something we always look for 8). We underwent a full first-floor remodel that included new flooring, painting, lighting, kitchen (counters, cabinets, backsplash, etc.) and a powder room. We interviewed 5+ contractors and ultimately selected Aviv and his team. They weren't the cheapest (somewhere in the high-middle) but from the start Aviv showed the excellent customer service and attention to detail that we came to appreciate more and more as the job went on. He followed up with us multiple times, met with us in person, and showed us a great 3D model of our plans. He also helped us with design choices and gave his honest opinion whenever asked, which we greatly appreciated. He has excellent taste and his experience shows. His team was top notch - Josh was our project manager, so sweet and diligent. Everything we asked was quickly addressed and corrected if need be. We had our primary bathroom remodeled with AP Remodeling. We started discussing plans with Aviv in January. The planning process was very organized and detailed and our questions were answered promptly. Aviv was able to fit us into their schedule since we wanted to start as soon as possible. We started construction in late February and completed renovation in mid-April which was longer than we initially planned however in the end, we are very happy with our bathroom. Everyone on the team is professional and holds themselves to a high standard. Mai, the designer, was amazing to work with. She was so quick to understand our style and was an immense help in sourcing all the pieces. Josue the project manager is always attentive. Towards the end of the project, he noticed our water pressure was low, and though it was unrelated to the renovation, took initiative to help us determine the source of the issue and fix it.
