Back On Electricians

I almost didn't leave a review because I am embarrassed. Hank came on time and was professional and courteous. We needed our thermostat replaced. The first thing he did was check the batteries. The dead batteries. Once the air was blowing cold again he changed our embarrassingly dirty filter. There was no charge for either of these services. As much as I would like to pretend the entire thing never happened - I can't let such respectful work go unremarked upon. Services: Installation, Fan repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation

I had an good experience with Bradley when quoting a drainage pipe problem I encountered. He was thorough and went out of his way in educating me of the problems I was encountering and potential causes for these issues. This highlights the value in what repairs need to do and also adds to that value by taking his time to educate me on the overall system and problems that we are solving. I am grateful for his expertise and experience because he was able to translate it to me as the customer and add value. Unfortunately the estimate for the work I needed was outside the scope of my budget but honestly my experience with Bradley encourages me to call back for any future needs. Service: Remodeling
