The repairman, Nolan was knowledgeable and kind. He explained how my furnace was using electricity from my two panels and showed me how to find my weird filter to be prepared for my next upkeep check-up. He enrolled me onto a new upkeep agreement to help cut costs in the future. I am satisfied with his work and the speed with which he came on a weekend.
