I met John several years ago when I was getting estimates to replace my HVAC system. I was impressed by his HVAC knowledge and no pressure and helpful style so I kept his business card for future reference. This summer, during the hottest heat wave, my AC gasped its last cool breath, so when that happens, "Who you gonna call"? Well, John Mattson of course! He called back to make sure everything was running smoothly and came in to adjust a return air grill which was making a little noise. John is really great. He's extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything clearly so you understand your options and all the costs associated. He installed our AC a few years ago and it's been working great. We are getting ready to move and after a home inspection there was an issue found. I called John and he came out the very next day to check it out. He changed our filter and assessed the situation so we knew exactly how to proceed. He didn't charge us for any of this. He even provided a detailed report to share with our buyers. I would highly recommend him.
