Our water heater tank died on Thursday, before the long weekend for Veterans Day. The representative dispatched a technician, whom arrived within an hour. He confirmed our suspicions that we needed a new tank; ours was nearly ten years old, and he had the old tank removed and the new one installed fairly quickly. Greatly appreciated.
A special thank you to Jacob and the crew. It took 4 days to complete the remodeling of my bathroom from start to finish!
