First class company. Ken picked up the phone immediately and was super accommodating. My furnace would run for a short time and then shutdown as it was over heating. Ken knew this wouldn't be an easy fix, but he send his man Marvin over the next day, without even charging a diagnostic fee, how cool is that ??? Marvin showed up on time, and was as pleasant as can be. He worked the problem for as long as needed to, until, he found the issue and fixed it. I am super grateful to both Ken and Marvin for taking care of my problem. They gave me a great warranty as you can tell they are in the customer pleasing business. Great company with great people. Kenneth is the man. When my AC stopped working this summer, the “other guys” tried to sell me a whole new system for a lot of money. But then I called Kenneth and he diagnosed and fixed the issues.
