This location has no cashiers; they force customers to self-checkout with no other options. If you don't like it, tough. Personally, I don't want to touch a device that has been touched by thousands of dirty hands and never cleaned, so I hate shopping here. Unfortunately, it's a monopoly, and certain items can't be found elsewhere. So, I'm forced to accept it and shop at this store in order to purchase those items. It's frustrating to see cashiers standing around playing on their phones instead of assisting customers. They truly don't care about the customers at all.
