Update: After I received the invoice thru email, I noticed contact info if I was unhappy with anything and they would try to make it right. After calling and telling them about my issue, they were able to return $100 back to my card. This goes a long way to me as a customer. They also advised making a clean out at my residence and it would be the cheaper price going forward if this issue were to occur again. With a little research it's not that expensive to add and I will be doing that in the future. Thank you so much for your assistance with the price and the great customer service. I would recommend them for any plumbing issues! Toilets were clogged and tried their services. I would give 1 star but the representative was very professional and did a great job. Reason for the poor review is the price was extremely high. Would have been 200 if we had a clean out outside the house to get the snake in. But since we didn't he had to remove the toilet. I am happy with the service with Make It Right. This is the second time I have called this company. The first time I called was for gas leaks under the house 13 months ago. And My second call a leaky old iron pipe on the ground surface area for the kitchen main drainage. Part was in the ground and needed to be unburied with a large clump cement on it.
