The team is professional and all the technicians we worked with were quite knowledgeable and courteous. I hired New Century to install an HVAC unit and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I have been remodeling my house for the past one year now and I’ve had to work with several contractors from framers to plumbers. I spoke with David on the phone and he quickly came to give me a free estimate which he emailed within 5 hours. After receiving the invoice we agreed and he scheduled his team to come do the work. His team was polite and were mindful of the other work that was going. They completed work in a short amount of time and it was done neatly. David and his company have been awesome. We had our central air unit installed over a year ago. He was friendly, on time, and always professional. There was an issue with the unit at first (manufacturing thing, not his fault) and he came out immediately to take care of it. I’d recommend him to anyone.
