Can I just say how happy I am with the service New Century HVAC has given me. My heater was not working and I got in contact with this company to get a quote. Not only was their price affordable but their service and professionalism is on point. David I believe his name is, is a very professional person with a great attitude. I was very impressed with the outstanding service. David, technicians, and receptionist Jocelyn were very professional. His technicians were on time as scheduled. They left everything cleaned. Jocelyn was friendly and professional when she called to schedule follow-up visits. Overall, very satisfied with the service and product. Definitely recommend David. David came over and fixed our AC very quickly. He put in a battery and there was no charge because we were still under warranty. A very honest guy. Happy to work and get the problem solved.
