I hired New Century to install an HVAC unit and I must say I was pleasantly surprised! I have been remodeling my house for the past one year now and I’ve had to work with several contractors from framers to plumbers. I spoke with David on the phone and he quickly came to give me a free estimate which he emailed within 5 hours. After receiving the invoice we agreed and he scheduled his team to come do the work. His team was polite and were mindful of the other work that was going. They completed work in a short amount of time and it was done neatly. Can I just say how happy I am with the service New Century HVAC has given me. My heater was not working and I got in contact with this company to get a quote. David came over and fixed our AC very quickly. He put in a battery and there was no charge because we were still under warranty. A very honest guy. Happy to work and get the problem solved.
