Given a tough job working on a very old system, Nice and Cool came through big for me. When the job grew larger than expected, Nice and Cool kept at it and got my system back in order. They were always very responsive to my questions and kept the final charges in line with the original estimate despite the extra work that was needed! 2/15/2017 I would recommend Nice and Cool to anyone seeking heating and cooling services. We needed to install a central heating system with the ability to add A/C in the future in a 90-year old house. The house had very limited space to accommodate a furnace chamber and ducting to two floors. These are typical challenges faced in retrofitting older homes not designed for such systems. Eli is very cordial and technically adept at answering all questions. We had many initial discussions and then a planning meeting prior to the installation to discuss system placement and details. Eli was always on time for meetings and always available for questions and additional meetings if needed. His crew was also consistently on time to perform the work, which was done quickly and on schedule. Very good quality of workmanship with modifications and the installation. Price is always secondary to quality of workmanship in my book, but it is still important and Eli's prices were very competit
