I was told by their technician on June 28, 2022 that my two year old Lennox system needs a new evaporator coil. It is now August 7th and still waiting after I’ve been told three times my part has been ordered. Precise called me and left a voicemail message saying my part would be shipped August 5th. When I called August 5 th they wanted to know who told me that since the part was on back order but will be shipped next Friday. I’m getting the run around and don’t like it. It’s been very hot and my wife and I are senior citizens with health problems. I cannot recommend this company and will be calling the Better Business Bureau and the State of California Consumer Affairs to make my situation known. Service: HVAC system repair
