I am a repeat customer of Pure Air LA and I'm always satisfied with their service. The technicians know what they're doing, they're honest and do not overcharge you. This is my first time with this technician, but he seemed to be pretty good--promptly assessing the situation, fixing the problem, and rendering a reasonable bill. I was completely satisfied with the ac repair service and will continue to be a customer in the future!
This review is long overdue. In May of 2022, Pure Air came and replaced our old ducting system and WOW, they did such an AWESOME job at a very affordable price. They even cleaned my bathroom fans that were so caked with dust. Our home, that was built in 1960, no longer has a musty smell. I highly recommend Pure Air to anyone who needs any of the services they offer because they were very meticulous and obviously took pride in their work...something that many businesses do not.
