Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning

Today my A/C condenser unit would turn on but no blower motor.. Contacted Southwest this morning around noon and by 3:30 pm the repair (failing capacitor to blower) had been completed! Company was super responsive, David, the tech, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly…just a great guy. Southwest is my new go to company for all of my A/C & heating issues!! Thank you guys! With my home nice and cool with the help of Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning this past weekend. I thought I would give them a try at my parent's home. Last year, I had two HVAC guys come out and they immediately looked at the old Rheem unit and refused to repair it only pushing for a new one. I wanted a third opinion in hopes we could repair it and save some money. Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning was the company with the know-how to do it. And sending Bobby on our job was the right decision and we got it done right. Bobby came with his trusty gauges and saw the freon was at the bottom of the barrel and immediately told me that the leak must have been big. He said, "If the leak is in the coils, we can't fix it but if it's in the copper we can do it. We have no way of knowing until I do a pressure test." Bobby from Southwest came to my air conditioning rescue on Saturday morning. He had to go down into my scary basement and lift heavy wet motors and fix a problem. He communicated the entire time and was very thoughtful in his delivery. He got the job done and we were up and running in a few hours. I will use Southwest again and I hope they dispatch Bobby.
