Southwest is amazing. Patrick is a great technician. He came out in no time (less than an hour due to a cancellation) and fixed the issue swiftly. Our house was extremely hot due to the heat wave. Patrick was very nice and professional. I’m so glad we found this company and will be using them for all future AC needs.
Today my A/C condenser unit would turn on but no blower motor.. Contacted Southwest this morning around noon and by 3:30 pm the repair (failing capacitor to blower) had been completed! Company was super responsive, David, the tech, was professional, knowledgeable, friendly…just a great guy. Southwest is my new go to company for all of my A/C & heating issues!! Thank you guys! Technician was on time and quick. He immediately replaced the capacitor on the outdoor compressor unit and charged $450. Afterward, he discovered thermostat wasn’t working and was going to charge $250 to replace with a basic model. I declined and replaced it myself. AC working great now but now I’m wondering if the capacitor was ever the problem in the first place.
