Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning

With my home nice and cool with the help of Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning this past weekend. I thought I would give them a try at my parent's home. Last year, I had two HVAC guys come out and they immediately looked at the old Rheem unit and refused to repair it only pushing for a new one. I wanted a third opinion in hopes we could repair it and save some money. Southwest Heating & Air Conditioning was the company with the know-how to do it. And sending Bobby on our job was the right decision and we got it done right. Bobby came with his trusty gauges and saw the freon was at the bottom of the barrel and immediately told me that the leak must have been big. He said, "If the leak is in the coils, we can't fix it but if it's in the copper we can do it. We have no way of knowing until I do a pressure test."
