Technician Vig did a thorough check of the situation, gave an exact dollar estimate, looked into something else I was considering, explained everything in a way I could understand, installed the outket I needed, and even mounted my charger so it wouldn't hang by its cable. Also: I had called the day before to book the appointment, and got one.for the next day. We have used United fpur times and the service has been excellent each time. I paid $220 for an estimate on a home. When I receive the estimate, my name is incorrect and there wasn’t a detailed price breakdown for every item listed in the report. Instead, I received a list of recommendations with no prices. In my opinion, the inspection wasn’t worth the price as no estimate was provided of all items listed.
