We had Ross Roofing do two different projects for us and we should have just started with them for both. Our roof needed repair and it was in a sad state. Based on the convenience of them actually calling us back and being willing to come out and give an estimate, we went with them. We had already planned on doing solar and had selected another company. Initially they had offered some guidance to that company about how the roof was constructed that would make it work better. That company assured us they knew what they were doing. They didn't. Turns out that the promise of their solar system fell through and we were stranded. Ross Solar then jumped in and got us rolling. It was not a smooth ride to get it installed, but that was mainly due to the weather and their resources being stretched thin.
