I asked if they would do nitrogen testing to detect exact leak location. She said today was just to figure things out and no charge. Juan showed up and saw outside hose bid had been left on and two toilets have slow leak fill valves. He quote my ill wife $285 to fix them and my wife declined and said my husband can handle that. Now the scam begins!! Juan says if like I can look under house in crawl space and my wife said no thanks as you already found problems. He pushed and pushed and finally she relented. He looked around for 9 minutes no leak. They bill my wife $443 for looking. Not a single repair was ever done. Call them back and Rod the owner said like a bad used car dealer- no charge to come out but there is a "Diagnostic fee" to look around. Total dishonest dirtbag who was extremely rude on the phone. Hamid Tehrani is a giant scammer and con artist. Don't let him near your pipes. They tell you 100% no charge to diagnose, then bill you. Do not accept the invoice. Complete fraud.

Absolute plumbing does quality work, but something at the company has changed in the last year. We had used them for 3 previous jobs and they were honest and fair in their pricing, but this latest job was the complete opposite. They are now a deceptive and price-gouging company.
