I recently had the pleasure of working with Tim, the owner of Stout-Air, and I must say, his communication skills are impeccable. From the very beginning, he made sure that I was well-informed about the process and what to expect. Tim sent out two of his best technicians, one of whom was his son, and they quickly got to work. Within just 30 minutes, they were able to diagnose and fix all issues with my outdoor unit and furnace. I was truly impressed with their efficiency and professionalism. What really stood out to me was how genuinely concerned they were that I had been without heat for so long. In a truly generous gesture, Tim didn't even charge me for the visit.
