Had a great experience with reliance development and construction great company identified my roof leak and gave me a great price to fix it. I had no problems . Covid and inflation has raised prices and has made it almost impossible to find an honest contractor but reliance came through and I trusted them with my property. My company Rep name is Rob. We've worked with them on several projects, and each time they've been incredibly responsive and addressed all of our concerns, even those that came up suddenly. They've done lots of high quality work for us (fence installation, painting, gutters, etc.) and we will definitely work with them again in the future!

I chose Reliance to do my windows after I got a few estimates. I am so happy that I did. I upgraded my old wood grid windows to newer, more modern energy efficient ones. They gave me a competitive price, the quality that I was looking for and the install process was fortunately did not take too long. Thank you Corey and team
