Trustworthy and honest. There work is reliable. Also the guy (Robert) who came by was extremely knowledgeable about the product. I would Recommend these Guys to anyone who’s looking for a A Grade service with all things Construction.
Not trustworthy and very unreliable.Paid them to draw up plans for an old addition and submit them to the city, Nothing has been done. Corry does not respond to emails or phone calls.Paid 7,300 on 4/22, almost one year. I think I've been scammed, reported them to the BBB. Be careful people.
Had a great experience with reliance development and construction great company identified my roof leak and gave me a great price to fix it. I had no problems . Covid and inflation has raised prices and has made it almost impossible to find an honest contractor but reliance came through and I trusted them with my property. My company Rep name is Rob. Fantastic kid. very knowledgeable. I would recommend to friends and family. You won’t regret it.
