RB Electrical Service recently completed a fuse box replacement in my condo. They provided an excellent quality of work with a very competitive pricing – and trust me, I did shop around for the pricing. The whole fuse box replacement project can be a very stressful undertaking what with obtaining the Citi permit first and the City inspection of the completed project afterwards. RB Electrical Service took care of all these things as a bundle, and it’s not a very simple routine – I did look into this. I am grateful they took care of all the necessary official paperwork and they did an excellent work on the electrical project itself. I am very happy with the service. We called RB Electrical Service because we wanted a few things done in our new home: recessed lights in the bedrooms, additional lighting in the garage, a couple of dedicated circuits, and fan switches swapped out for ones with timers. Brian, the owner, came to our home to discuss the job and give us an estimate. He arrived on time, was very polite and patient with us, and offered a very fair price. We had gotten a couple of other quotes from licensed and insured electricians prior to contacting RB Electrical Service; one quote was higher and one was lower, but we felt most comfortable with Brian, both personally and professionally. The day of the job, Brian and two electricians, Tom and Jaime, showed up on time and after Brian unloaded all of the materials, Tom and Jaime quickly got to work. They did a great job. The recessed lights look clean and provide us with even and ample lighting. As a woman, I probably shouldn’t be so excited about the LED shop lights in the garage, but I am!

Great customer service! Brian called me back promptly and gave me a reasonable quote over the phone. Jaime came over before the scheduled time which I appreciated. He was very professional, knowledgeable, hard working and friendly. Jaime did an excellent job! I will definitely use RB Electrical Service again on future projects.
