The two technicians (Carlos and Louis) were consummate professionals. They started the on-time, completed the project in less time than the estimate of two hours. They protected the work area and cleaned up throughly after the job was completed. I feel that they went above and beyond in the removal of the old conduit and hole in wall after switch removal.
