Really nice people! The office person was very personable and knew exactly what was needed. The technician was on time and knew exactly what to do. He was in and out in just under an hour ($175 per hour) and he earned every penny of it. He left the bathroom clean and functional. Services: Toilet repair, Drain cleaning, Toilet installation
We only had one of the problems fixed when we requested their services. Never got a statement, then a WHOLE YEAR later we got one saying our account was delinquent. Apparently they send out text statements (?). We are a business that does not receive texts through our business phone number. No one called or left any voicemails to notify us of a statement either. Very disappointed and not a very professional way to bill customers. Definitely won’t be using this company again
