Has been waiting for 2 days to confirm an appointment. The response time is unreasonable long. The phone number listed on Google page is their customer service not the actual office. ------------------------------------------ My water heater warranty recommend this company. Tonya and Tedd was very professional and work very hard to get a quick turn around to solve my issue. I was able to get a new replacement and new within 5 business days. Highly Recommend!
Referred to this company by my water heater's manufactural warranty, tried to call 5 times and every time they just record my name and number and told me they will call back to make the appointment, which never happened. I tried to call again to check why I never received a call back and they just hang me up, which is rude and un-professional.
Super happy with our water heater installed by Amor Plumbing! The owner Ted was very helpful and explained the warranty coverage and recommended maintenance service needed for new water heater.
