John picked up his phone on a Sunday at 3:30. Good sign. This company lives up to the rave reviews. I was trying to diagnose and fix my 20-year old Carrier unit myself, and after 3 hours and two trips to the store I gave up and called John. Not the best use of 3 hours, and I was in a bad mood because I may have damaged the unit by grounding a wire and probably making it worse. John's diagnostic rate is fair and his parts/job rates were reasonable. But because I had been mucking with it, he wasn't sure he wanted to get involved in case I had fried the board on an old unit. So, he talked me through how to do a reset and it worked, and I have heat again. I offered to pay for the advice and he said no. I don't recommend working on your own unit. Call John instead. I will call him for a quote when this one gives up the ghost.

we r remodeling our house and wanted to add an AC unit - John came to explain us the options and installation was set for few days later (which is great as it is too hot for me here) the guys working with John are also great guys who are very knowledgeable and friendly :) we upgraded our furnace, added the AC unit , and replaced the ducting as it was super old everything was done fast and very professional , service was friendly, and all systems working great they even replaced some other old stuff that they saw in our utility area great service, great people, will defiantly use them again

Giovanni and the team have been exceptional! They are very professional and patient. They were able to complete a furnace and AC system replacement with short notice, working late into the night, and have been willing to come back to make sure every detail is correct. They even helped to fix an issue with our water heater free of charge! Highly recommended!
