IYI Remodeling & Construction

IYI removed our grass and installed artificial turf in August 2022. We had four areas in our front yard and one large area in our back yard that were replaced. It took them 2 days to demo and 2 days to prep and install. The installation went flawlessly, and the outcome is fantastic. They added some undulations in all areas to make the turf look more natural. They added a trim around the edges, and it gives it a very clean look. The project managers were thorough and efficient and made sure we were totally satisfied with the job. We have had numerous neighbors drive by with glowing compliments and have told us that they love the new yard! Our gates got a bit scratched during the installation. IYI had their painter out the following week to stain the gates and they look brand new! We would highly recommend IYI for any construction that you may need.

In order to make good use of our space, we were looking to have our interior walls removed and restructured into a pantry. I am very particular and obtained 5 separate consultations. I was very impressed with the hard workers who were not only quick with getting the work completed, but also were very friendly and eager to do a great job.
