Leonard and Vladimir are simply AWESOME. They're courteous, responsive, professional, and honest. We're so glad we found them. My elderly dad's A/C quit working during a heat wave and some other company came out, poked around a bit, then told him is A/C and Furnace were shot and recommended replacing both for $14,900 to $21,000! I called several A/C companies, most quoted $12k to $14k, but none had openings to come out sooner than 7 to 10 days. Luckily I called A.L. Affordable for a second opinion. Leonard was very helpful over the phone offering lower cost options if the A/C in-fact needed to be replaced. We scheduled time to diagnose the problem and size a replacement if needed. Their scheduling system texted me the appointment along with updates when they were on their way - which I really appreciated to be able to coordinate with my dad. Vlad took a quick look and found the start capacitor was bad (a $30 part!) and recommended replacing the compressor since it was 27 years old
