We had dry rot boards attached to the gutter and roof that were found during painting our house. Cal-West professionals were able to replace/fix the issue in a very short notice. Their excellent service in our house was outstanding. Thanks Cal-West for working on our house.

Very satisfied with the outcome. I called the company to have a cracked tile replace, Rick showed up the next day and went up the roof and checked it all out. He came down and showed me all the pictures that he had taken of all the tiles that was cracked and needed to be replaced. He explained to me that I needed to have some re-caulking and replace metalastic tape at penetrations and metal edges. I also had him checked the eaves around the home for any rotting. He took pictures of all the dry rot he found and that needed to be fix, told me that he would email me an estimate the next morning. The next morning I received the estimate and gave him a call to do the job. Within three days they showed up and completed the work, clean up and hauled out all the debris. They did an excellent job and to put icing on the cake, Rick had the company give me a break on the bill after he found out I was a retired Vet. Thank for a job well done.????

I had the roof on my rental property recently replaced due to wind damage. Allen (Owner) provided me advice concerning the insurance claims process and it saved me over half of what I would have had to pay because they covered a portion of the replacement I did not think they would since it was a 30 yr plus roof. The other two roofing companies I contacted were going to charge me hundreds more and did not offer me that advice. Cal West Roofing crew was quick, neat and the finished product looks nice.
