This company is our go to for any heating and air issues for our home. Their technicians are friendly, polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and on time. They have installed two units for us over the years. One for our old home and an electric unit for our new home. We have had no issues with either. When they did install the new unit, they scratched some of the walls and doors, but they sent someone out to fix it. Cencal is the best choice we could have made when our air conditioning went out couple of years ago. After installation we hired them for yearly maintenance as well. The quality of service Cencal provides and mannerisms of their staff is exceptional!! Judah was very courteous and thorough in explaining all details of the maintenance today???? Sadly, the previous home owner thought he was a DIY HVAC guy and managed to do a terrible job. That lead to my AC breaking years earlier than it should and naturally when it is extra hot. Since I am not a wealthy person, I fought through my home being 92 degrees inside while I got five different bids. Brandon Hinojos was professional and I told him I just want their best offer, but I am looking for value, not just cheap. They were not the cheapest, but the heat pump being installed was a higher quality unit. They were mid pack as far as price, but I believe gave best value and they installed the heat pump quickly. The CM team was professional and it seems like they did a great job. System as only been running for a couple of weeks so far, but all seems good. Heads up for home owners, when my AC broke, the company I had first look at it told me there was parts they could get, but it would be six weeks and $9,000. I honestly believe the HVAC manufacturers are making it so complete units
