Sadly, the previous home owner thought he was a DIY HVAC guy and managed to do a terrible job. That lead to my AC breaking years earlier than it should and naturally when it is extra hot. Since I am not a wealthy person, I fought through my home being 92 degrees inside while I got five different bids. Brandon Hinojos was professional and I told him I just want their best offer, but I am looking for value, not just cheap. They were not the cheapest, but the heat pump being installed was a higher quality unit. They were mid pack as far as price, but I believe gave best value and they installed the heat pump quickly. The CM team was professional and it seems like they did a great job. System as only been running for a couple of weeks so far, but all seems good. Heads up for home owners, when my AC broke, the company I had first look at it told me there was parts they could get, but it would be six weeks and $9,000. I honestly believe the HVAC manufacturers are making it so complete units

Great local company. I had an emergency AC issue and they were able to get out to our house the next morning (Saturday). We had our entire AC unit and furnace replaced and they were great with communication and showing up on time. I would highly recommend this company for your mechanical needs. After meeting with Brandon, the sales representative for Cencal, we decided to install a new HVAC system as ours was over 30 years old. We decided to install all electric and so far it’s been running just fine with no problems. They will come out twice this year for routine maintenance check at no charge. The installers Zach and Sean were very efficient. You couldn’t tell they had been here with no mess to clean up. Brandon, Zack and Sean were all very courteous. It was a full day of work for them. I will update later if there’s any problems with the unit it is a Bosch Seer 18, so far our home is keeping cool and the Ecobee thermostat works just fine especially with the app on my phone.
