They charged me 450 dollars to repair my refrigerator. 3 weeks later had the same problem. They came out to look at it and told me that part are obsolete, they can't fix it. Kept my 450 bucks.. very unprofessional crooks. Service: Refrigerator repair
Chris is the man! He was able to come out same day to diagnose my Samsung fridge and also had the lowest diagnostic fee out of any other company. In less than 15 minutes he was able to determine what was wrong, he was able to get the parts that day and return the very next day and complete the repair job. He completed the job in a timely manner, and was very professional and honest. He literally saved me from having to buy a new refrigerator. Would highly recommend this company and I will personally be using them in any future appliance repair needs. Service: Refrigerator repair
Waited all day for our scheduled appointment & a BIG NO SHOW!!! I ended up calling them at the end of the day asking what happened & nothing but excuses. WORTHLESS!
