This is the 3rd time we have used City Water Conservation for various leaks and plumbing issues over the years. We have never been disappointed. Contacted City Water Conservation based on the recommendation of a plumber to find a suspected water leak. Michael came by with his equipment and quickly found a pinhole leak in my hot water line in the crawlspace. I had him fix the leak and he mentioned that there was significant steam damage due to the hot water and provided a contact to reach of for mitigation. Michael documented every step and took pictures of the problem and after the fix. I got a detailed report from City Water Conservation documenting the process in case I needed to make a claim with insurance. All in all it was a great experience and very professional.
