We had a main water pipe leak under concrete in our front yard. Called a plumber first. They wanted 9k to dig up the entire yard and concrete plus thousands more to replace the torn up yard! Called City Water Conservation, and they came out and detected the leak AND repaired the broken pipe plus one slab of concrete walkway for one third of our original plumber quote!
