I called the last company that serviced our AC, but wanted to charge over $150 to just look at it. Decided to call sawyers because I remembered the tech was local. So glad I did! Charged way less for the diagnostic than the other and were able to come sooner. Allan Fantazia did a great job in a very timely manner. And gave advice to clean the unit and keep the rooms cooler. Called late and talked to Richard. It would have been an overtime call. Richard had us troubleshoot a little. Found out it was the fuse. He had my wife spend the 5 dollars for the fuse. It fixed everything and without a service call. It saved us a ton of money. We really wanted to thank Richard. And the reason we will always recommend “Sawyers”.
