Heating & Cooling Supply

I'm an HVAC contractor and got burned by this supplier. I was carrying the Gree product line and had a customer ask if floor mounts where wifi capable. I forwarded their question to heating and cooling supply. They responded with yes it is and I simply forwarded that response back to the customer. Customer signed contract and we proceeded with job. Once everything was installed we found out floor mount was not compatible with wifi and customer was livid. Rightfully so. Heating and cooling supply left me hanging with no solution. I had to take out equipment and replaced it with Mitsubishi while eating all the install costs. Heating and cooling told me I could bring back equipment, but next day when I showed up I was told no they cant accept installed equipment and that the person who told me I could return it didnt have the authority to do so. Since then I ditched Gree and moved on to Mitsubishi, I still have the equipment from that job sitting in my shop. About 4k+ worth of equipment
