Mike and his team are the best of the best! Before finding Integrity Home Repair, I was at a loss for finding a reliable contractor who provides great work. I’ve found that and more in Integrity Home Repair. Mike is extremely responsive, clear, concise and an overall good human being! We needed to close up our upstairs loft to make another bedroom with our 4th child on the way. We had two other contractors do the bare minimum to give us a quote, while Mike insisted on coming out to see what we needed. Mike provides clear expectations, and honesty in what he can accomplish. There were some bumps along the road during the project but none of them being Mike’s fault. He again was open with us in what was happening and when and how we’d be able to move forward. Due to rain storms and strong winds we had a leak in our roof which caused leak to come through ceiling in hallway. Mike did an awesome job repairing the roof and the ceiling and he also did some repairs to wiring up in the crawl space. He was prompt in answering my call as well as replying to my texts, he was very polite and respectful and made me feel very at ease while he was iny home doing repairs. Integrity Home Repair and it's electricians did a good job for me at a fair price. Everyone was friendly and respectful of our home and my wife and myself. I was kept informed about what was being done as job progressed. My only complaint was that the job was to be completed in one day. It ended up taking 2 days, but this was not totally the fault of the electricians. The job failed the inspection on the first day and left us without electricity till later on the second day. This was not totally the fault of the electricians doing the work. I think the inspector was too critical of one aspect of the work. The inspector did not give a temporary permit so that we could have power overnight. I place blame on the inspector 70%, and the electricians 30%. I will call on this company again for some future work we need.
