My water heater started leaking from the bottom all of a sudden, and my property management sent me this vendor. The next day they immediately replaced my water heater and fixed the defective water valve that wasn’t closing from the water heater to my water supply. It took a few hours for the plumber, Norman, to finish but he did a great job and cleaned the area up a bit. He described some options for how the repair could be performed, and told me what the costs would be. The job proposal and bid process was done very professionally.
