The services started off a little "rocky.," caused by the communications between the insurance company and Performance. But eventually it were resolved and we are pleased with the work Matt did...thanks Matt for hanging with us Services: Plumbing fixture installation, Plumbing services
Service tech was on time and took care of business quickly. 1000% better than original company that was sent out by CHW. Part is ordered so hoping the rest goes smoothly. UPDATE: Started out fine and now is a big problem. They give me info that conflicts with the home warranty company's info. Now they claim that the part required is not covered while warranty company says that it is approved. Still waiting for this to be completed so we can be done with them.
Came to inspect some circuit breakers on our electric panel. They were not functioning properly. It was determined that they had to be replaced, but they did not have the parts, so we’ll have to reschedule.
