PIE Electric

Overdue review! 2 months ago, I heard sizzling at my panel and my lights were turning off and on which was scary. I will teach myself to fix almost anything except electrical issues. Of course this happened on a Friday evening when everyone was going to close for the weekend. I don't have a lot of money or friends/family to help me. I found PIE electric because I found a review somewhwere that they are a faith based company, gave them a call, and the owner was so kind and helpful. Turns out he is even a pastor and not open on weekends, BUT happened to have a rare Saturday job the next day and worked me in! God was looking out for me. Terence and Paris came out, on time, clean cut, professional, and knowledgeable. I tend to watch what workers are doing on my home. Mainly to learn, but also because I've been lied to as a single woman in the past. We were remodeling our upstairs bathroom when we came across some electrical issues. We found pie-electric on Google and decided to give them a try. Ken the owner was very helpful in understanding our electrical needs and ultimately decided to use pie-electric because the pricing was fair and reasonable. We worked with Paris and Andre and they were awesome! They fixed our 3-way switch, recessed lighting, and helped us troubleshoot. Rockstar company to work with. Ken (owner) is very responsive. I called on a Sunday night around 730p expecting to leave a voicemail and was surprised when Ken answered. We explained the issue we were having, and Ken was able to put us on the books for the following day. We had them come out to install an EV charger last year, and just had them come out to fix an issue we were having with power to one of our rooms. Both times the crews were kind and courteous, and both times the prices were reasonable, if not lower than I expected.
