T and N Contracting – We the Best!

Received Awesome service from Kevin when he first came to our home. He fixed the issue that we had requested from our Home Warranty. There was another issue that we needed fixed and he said no problem I will contact the home warranty and we should get back to you within a day or so since our office is so close(This was a Thursday). I didn't hear anything by Monday so I called the company. When I called they said Kevin did not note this when he left your house. They said they would call me back after they talked to him. Suprise! Suprise! they never called back. I called today and they said it would be $650 to fix a small part that other plumbers quoted me a lot less for, and the girl on the phone had extreme attitude like I was bothering her when I asked her simple questions. Don't waste your time with this company. Service: General repairs

Unorganized, don’t care - 5 different people handling the issue. they are assigned work from First American Home Warranty and they were assigned to my home in which the plumbing was backed up. I had to call three times before 5pm and still couldn’t get an appointment. The last conversation was “ I t’s 5:00 and we are going home”’ .. no concern for the client as they know or think they will continue to get business from First American. I called back and scheduled with another company. I will let the home warranty co know about my experience and the other reviews online. Sometimes you find a gem of a contractor when using the warranty co but not this time.

On 7/25/23 T&N was sent to replace a garbage disposal for us under a home warranty contract with First American Home Warranty. T&N insisted on a $50 modification fee in addition to the FAHW call fee ($85). When I challenged the fee, FAHW attempted to advocate for me, but T&N dispatchers insisted that the mod fee was required to install the disposal. As I observed the installation, no modification was made to p-trap, hoses or drains as T&N claimed would be necessary. All parts needed for the install were supplied in the manufacturer's box. No additional steps were necessary and no modifications were needed to install the new unit. This is obviously an unscrupulous way to extract money from FAHW customers. My experience with field team has been fine (3 service experiences with T&N). However, I have found their office/dispatch teams to be unprofessional, even rude. Beware of hidden up-charges when using T&N. I won't use them again. Service: Plumbing services
