I called and was told i was on their list for same day service. Was told i would get someone out to my house within 2 hours. Dispatched never called me. I called after waiting 45 mins and was told I was on list and should be getting a call. Ive Waited 3 hours and no one ever called me. I called twice for service and an update. Still no call back. Horrible service, unprofessional.
Leo came very quick and found the issues right away. He has great costumer service and did a good job replacing our spickit outside because it was leaking very bad. He also put our new hose on after he was done so we didn't have to. Highly recommend him! Service: Plumbing leak detection
Cris arrived within an hour of me calling He came to the rescue when our hot water stopped working. He quickly diagnosed the problem and found a leak that destroyed our water heater. We are very thankful for his friendly and positive attitude. And for the hot water :) Service: Water heater repair
