Re: Tankless Maintenance Josh Perez was our technician today who completed the tankless maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and patient about the maintenance process, explained things clearly and completed it efficiently. He also provided very useful information about some changes we can make in the future to address the hardness of water clearly explaining each option. I really like this company. Super easy to book and appointment. Workers are on time, respectful, bring foot coverings, and best of all are knowledgeable and quick and thorough.
