Really professional service. They have customer service center, auto text message updates, electronic receipt, etc. My water tank had humming sound and I thought it was the sediment in the tank after I watched couple Youtube videos. But the technician quickly found out the burner is the issue. He was professional and polite, and he is ok to pick up parts from Lowes for me. He also suggests to install a water inflow valve for extra safety and future maintenance convenience. Generally really good service. I will find this company next time. Service: Water heater repair
