Tanya has provided plumbing fix for me twice -- she replaced innards of 2 toilets and replaced a garbage disposal. Clinton is super knowledgeable and proactive with sharing critical information. He was able to get my gas fireplace to light up, replaced my faucet cleanly and neatly, and was able to get a stripped screw out of a shower handle that needed anti-scalding adjustment. He explained how and why the steps taken were necessary. He went above and beyond by labeling my water shut off valve and water heater with information I’ll need should there ever be an issue. He also assisted me in refilling my salt tank for my water-softening system. I really like the communication of this work provider overall as they were very on top of letting me know what time Clinton would be arriving.
