Acme was great to work with up until the roof installation was completed. It took them about 2 days and a half to finish the new roof replacement however. Inside of our garage multiple redwood pieces were broken off in addition to damage caused to our laminate roofing on the side of our home in which they took ownership and stated they would fix it however. Its not been about 2 months since the roof has been replaced and they have not fixed there mistakes like they said they would. They keep giving us the work around on when they will comeout and then become unresponsive. If you decide to get work done with Acme make sure you inspect your house post installation and make them repair any issues on the spot. Service: Roof installation

This review is for shady contractor practices and unresponsiveness. I have a small shed that needed re-roofing and I chose Acme Roofing for their reasonable proposal of $2800. They came out on 6/25/2021 to do the work, which went relatively quickly since it's a small shed roof. I was here all day and came out a few times to watch their progress. At the end of the day, I asked to do a walk-through with one of the guys, and he let me know he was not the guy for that. He said that someone would contact me to do the final walk-through. So, I waited a week but didn't hear back from Acme. On July 6, to my surprise, I received an additional invoice for $2,000 for change order on the re-roofing job. At this point, I emailed them requesting a final walk-through and requesting where this bill came from as no one had told me about any of this on the day of the job. I was home all day, in and out of the back yard, and available at all times for someone to approach me that a change order was needed

I simply am over the moon with the great job that ACME’s crew did on our roof. We were in contact with numerous contractors for the job, but ACME was consistently a cut above the rest, our communication was mostly done through email (my preference) and it was always prompt, usually receiving a reply in time for me to think, “Wow, that was a fast reply.” Further, their quote for the job was formatted professionally and concisely. So many other contractors aren’t as professional with their quotes and Hector’s crew is absolutely professional in every detail. They really set a high bar for us to evaluate the rest of the crews involved in our home renovations. We were quoted 2-3 days to complete the job and I am still amazed at how efficiently and exactingly they completed the work. After 2 days all the roofing and gutter work and debris cleanup were done. They only needed a third day to pickup the last bags of refuse that wouldn’t fit on the truck on their 2nd day. Everyone we interacted w
