We have an older property that we're slowly updating and needed a FULL replumb. It had old galvanized steel pipes that were original to the house and were causing a variety of problems. Dwayne walked us through all of our options and helped us decide which things on our checklist were doable within our budget for this round of repairs. We now have all new PEX and copper pipes, a fully rebuilt toilet, a halo water filtration system, and consistent water pressure throughout the house. It was a nasty long job b/c of the recent rainstorms and the piping was under the house which turned into quite the swamp. The whole team did the job with no complaints. They are all troopers and just have fantastic chill attitudes. The project took a little extra time due to the unexpected weather conditions, but they were very transparent about any updates to timing and price that were necessary every step of the way. This is our second time having them out, the first time they just replaced some faucets

A few years back Dwayne helped us out with a garbage disposer install. He was great. Now we had a clog in our pipes. Isaac cane out and was just as wonderful.
