Shane came over to check on our water pipes to see why our water pressure was so low and why our tankless water heater was taking so long to heat our water. Turns out it was due to massive scale buildup. The previous owners did not maintain the water pipes. Shane helped to resolve the problem as well as explain why this happened and showed me what I needed to do to to maintain the pipes. He was detailed and efficient in his work. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood what he explained. He will be back to install a scale cutter system on my water heater. I highly recommend calling him!

Shane was absolutely amazing. Our plumbing backed up in the middle of the night, and with our second bathroom under construction, we needed to get it fixed asap. We called Shane and he was at our door step in less than 10 min. He was able to figure out the problem and get it fixed in a timely manner. He was very pleasant and helpful. We greatly appreciate the work he did for us and will definitely use his services again.
