Always get a second opinion if you use these guys. Tech was unqualified and on the phone with his boss talking him through what to check the whole time. After they couldn't figure out the issue they told me I would need to spend almost $900 as the service board needed to be replaced. Luckily my neighbor has hvac experience, he looked and in 10 min had our furnace running again with the only issue being the dip switches were in the wrong place. Clearly they didn't know the Carrier system I have and instead of just saying they they suggest a $900 replacement.
