Our tech Armando was great. We thought we needed a new toilet but he fixed the old one in a matter of minutes and saved us a lot of money. From Paulo, the first person to answer the phone (and yes, they answer!) to the final repair it was a great experience. There was a broken flange that holds the toilet in place. Knew I needed to get it replaced before new floors went in. Armando got right to work with its replacement. Also had my water heater flushed as it had been over 3 years since it was installed. (Should be annually). Plus added earthquake straps. It’s not moving now.
