I put out a Yelp request and was inundated with messages. What I appreciated about Pipeline was they gave ballpark numbers in their message. That gave me something to work with versus the budget I had. I normally get 3 bids, but the guy they sent out, Jason. Was very straightforward and honest. No try on the upsell. Booked the work and got it done. Jason and Jay could not have been more honest, polite and professional. Which is all we ask as homeowners.

Such a reputable, highly professional company. I chose them for a second opinion (based on their excellent reviews and BBB profile) after the first company I’d called used scare tactics to tell me if I didn’t immediately contract for $13,000 of work, basically my entire house would flood. From the first phone call I was assured they’d take care of me, and they did. John and Jay were exceptional; they assessed the problem and gave me a quote of $2300 and explained exactly what was needed. They were so respectful and kind, even to helping me move lots of tchotchkes and to make sure my small dogs did not escape. Great attitude, great service, great people. Jon and Jason have been out to our house to repair toilet leaks, install a faucet and install a new garbage disposal. They always do the job quickly and professionally. They are honest and trustworthy. Will never do work that’s not necessary. I can always get a service call in a timely manner.
