Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

They were very kind and respectful and listen to what your needs are then got to the problem. They ran a camera to find my back up plumbing issues and found it in one try. Hired several other companies that always just unclogged it but never got to the problem the clog will come back within 3 months, live here for almost three years and no other company found it. Even paid another company to run camera said there was leaks and that wasn't it. So I recommend you get what you pay for Roto-Rooter seems to be the only company that found the problem. I had a very pleasant experience with Roto-Rooter. Each of the technicians were very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Even though no repairs ended up being needed, they took the time to troubleshoot to find what the issue was and made professional recommendations. Highly recommend and would absolutely reach out for any further need.

The company was called out to give me estimates on toilet repair for 3 bathrooms in my house. Both Jesse and Nick were early, very thorough and professional. I was not able to move forward today , but when I am able to I will request them to do the work. Five stars for sure!
