Chris was very cool. Got my HVAC working smooth like butter and gave me a first responder discount for being a nurse. Kept me updated on the part delivery date as it had to be shipped in from out of state. Great customer service.

They were really friendly from the first call to the final service. The receptionist was very sweet, Travis was great on the phone and Christopher the tech who came out was wonderful. They squeezed into their busy schedule. Had to add freon to system Chris went out to get it and came to finish the job. After speaking with several A/C contractors, Service First was finally able to diagnose and fix our A/C without having to pay for an entire new system. Very prompt, professional and highly qualified. Appreciate the service - its hard to come by! Would absolutely recommend!
