After the fact more of their prior work is being exposed as being incorrect. Be on the safe side and have ALL structural work inspected if this contractor performs any improvements.

I have a triple wide and was hearing a deep groaning creaking sound when I walked in my family room. It seemed to get progressively worse over the past 3 months, so I called a company whose flier I received in the mail. The rep came out, "crawled" under my house and then gave a quote for 10K. After applying first timer discounts, offering material at cost from the warehouse etc, he was down to $6500. That was a big amount to swallow, so we waited. I then did a google search and found Tom at All Around Mobile Home Service. He came out about 3 hours after we spoke, actually went under my house, to the actual source of the noise and $50 later, emerged with the problem solved. Seemed it was just 3-4 bolts that needed to be tightened. I didn't need 8 marriage clamps, I didn't need perimeter jacks, I didn't need rust treatment, all I needed was Tom and his honesty. Not impressed at all. Sales man really put on a show on how good they were and how long he had been in the business. They send out a kid who was awesome to work with but this project was beyond his expertise. A $3k job down the drain, now I have to call someone else to fix this mess.
